Fermentation: Mostly whole cluster, in open top stainless tanks for 6 days.
Élevage: Neutral oak for 10 months.

Fermentation: Mostly whole cluster, in open top stainless tanks for 6 days.
Élevage: Stainless kegs for 13 months.

Grape: Pinot Noir Precoce & Schönburger

Vineyard: South Whidbey Island, planted in 2008

Fermentation: Pinot is directly pressed, but taken from the end of the pressing to get a bit more color. Schönburger is mascerated for a few hours then pressed. Fermented in glass.
Élevage: Glass for 10 months.
